Elmwood Tower has a number of facilities conveniently available for its residents and their guests.


The dining room, mailboxes, the Helena B. Scott Memorial Library, the offices, guest rooms, two spacious lounge areas and card rooms are located on the 11,700 square foot first floor.

The lower level provides a recreation room with pool and table tennis tables. The laundry facilities and personal storage lockers are also located here.

An indoor parking garage is attached to the main building. The rental fee for each stall is nominal.
